Kullanım Koşulları

1. Kabul

WIYF uygulamasını indirerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşullarını kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayınız.

2. Hizmet Tanımı

WIYF, kullanıcıların çeşitli kategorilerde görsel oylama (anket) oluşturmasına, oylamalara katılmasına ve sonuçları paylaşmasına olanak tanıyan bir mobil platformdur. Hizmet turnuva formatında "Elimination Chain" algoritmasını kullanır.

3. Hesap Oluşturma

  • 13 yaşından büyük olmanız gerekmektedir.
  • Doğru ve güncel bilgi sağlamakla yükümlüsünüz.
  • Hesap güvenliğinizden siz sorumlusunuz.
  • Bir kişi yalnızca bir hesap oluşturabilir.

4. Kabul Edilemez Kullanım

Aşağıdaki içerik ve davranışlar kesinlikle yasaktır:

  • Nefret söylemi, ayrımcılık veya şiddeti teşvik eden içerikler
  • Cinsel açıdan müstehcen veya saldırgan içerikler
  • Başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden içerikler (telif hakkı, kişisel haklar)
  • Spam, bot veya otomatik hesap kullanımı
  • Platform manipülasyonu (sahte oy, sahte hesap)
  • Diğer kullanıcılara yönelik taciz veya zorbalık
  • Kötü amaçlı yazılım veya zararlı bağlantı paylaşımı

5. İçerik Sahipliği

Uygulamaya yüklediğiniz içerikler (başlıklar, yorumlar) size aittir. Ancak bu içerikleri yayınlayarak, WIYF'e söz konusu içerikleri hizmet kapsamında kullanma, görüntüleme ve dağıtma için sınırlı, telifsiz bir lisans vermiş olursunuz.

WIYF platformu ve algoritmaları üzerindeki tüm haklar WIYF'e aittir.

6. Moderasyon ve İçerik Kaldırma

WIYF, bu koşulları ihlal eden içerikleri önceden bildirim yapmaksızın kaldırma ve ilgili hesapları askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutar.

7. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

WIYF, kullanıcıların oluşturduğu içeriklerden sorumlu değildir. Platform "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır. Hizmet kesintilerinden doğan zararlardan WIYF sorumlu tutulamaz.

8. Hesap Silme

Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman uygulama içindeki Ayarlar menüsünden silebilirsiniz. Silme işlemi sonrası verileriniz 30 gün içinde kalıcı olarak kaldırılır.

9. Değişiklikler

Bu koşullar zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içi bildirim ile duyurulacaktır. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncel koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

10. Geçerli Hukuk

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku kapsamında değerlendirilir. Anlaşmazlıklarda İzmir mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using the WIYF application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service Description

WIYF is a mobile platform that allows users to create visual polls across various categories, participate in polls, and share results. The service uses a tournament-format "Elimination Chain" algorithm.

3. Account Creation

  • You must be at least 13 years old.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate and current information.
  • You are responsible for your account security.
  • One person may only create one account.

4. Prohibited Use

The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Hate speech, discrimination, or content promoting violence
  • Sexually explicit or offensive content
  • Content violating others' rights (copyright, personal rights)
  • Spam, bots, or automated account use
  • Platform manipulation (fake votes, fake accounts)
  • Harassment or bullying of other users
  • Sharing malware or harmful links

5. Content Ownership

Content you upload to the app (titles, comments) belongs to you. However, by publishing this content, you grant WIYF a limited, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the scope of the service.

All rights to the WIYF platform and algorithms belong to WIYF.

6. Moderation and Content Removal

WIYF reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms without prior notice, and to suspend or terminate associated accounts.

7. Limitation of Liability

WIYF is not responsible for user-generated content. The platform is provided "as is." WIYF cannot be held liable for damages arising from service interruptions.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings menu within the app. After deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be announced via in-app notification. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. İzmir courts have jurisdiction over any disputes.
